Terms and Conditions

The information we collect from you in both our new owners details form and our waiting list form is used for the following reasons:

1) To email you individually, as an owner/or interested person of one of the puppies in your puppy’s litter and to email all of our owners/interested persons at once.

2) To inform you of our other services or any changes to our business.

3) To register you as the new keeper of the Puppy on their Microchip Number as per UK law.

4) To register your puppy with a 5 week insurance plan from leaving us to protect them.

5) To refer you to ProPlan for your free 3kg bag of the puppy food we feed on and access to discounted rates for food for the rest of your puppy's life.

As a small business and licensed breeding establishment we are required by law to keep our sales and new owners information for a minimum of 7 years.

In accepting these terms you give us your explicit consent to inform the following third party organisations of your details:

a) Animal Tracker - PeddyMark Limited (https://www.animaltracker.co.uk/privacyPolicy/)

b) Kennel Club Pet Insurance - Agria Pet Insurance Ltd (https://www.kcinsurance.co.uk/privacy-policy/)

c) ProPlan -  Nestlé Purina Petcare UK (https://www.purina.co.uk/privacy)

Your information will be shared with Animal Tracker (Owned by PeddyMark Ltd - a UK registered microchip database) as this is now a legal requirement for dogs from 8 weeks old (https://www.gov.uk/get-your-dog-microchipped). You acknowledge that you are responsible for updating your information on this database should it change. You will receive an email for this registration once we have activated the microchip on the day you collect your puppy.

We will not disclose this information to any other third party than those listed above without your explicit consent as per GDPR.

You can change your email preferences by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us. We will treat your information with respect.

We use MailChimp to send our emails to our puppy owners. By sending us your details, you acknowledge that your information will be processed by a MailChimp server. MailChimp does not however read your information or share it with third parties. Learn more about MailChimp's privacy practices here.

Breeding Licence Information

We (Mr Daniel Lambert & Mr Timothy Vyas) hold a 5 Star Animal Welfare Licence for Dog Breeding with Wiltshire Council LN/000015514 for the premises:

Clearbury Lodge, Nunton Drove, Nunton, Salisbury Wiltshire SP5 4HZ

This Licence is valid from 18/02/2019 - 17/02/2022
